Project process

According to the customer's project situation, multiple CCDs are used, the circumstances are as follows：

1. The spring sheet assembly station adopts dual CCDs, one for shooting the position of the spring sheet and one for shooting the 8 cylindrical positions of the black product with an accuracy of ±0.015mm; 500wCCD is used, in which the CCD for shooting the position of the spring sheet needs to detect the black bad marks on the spring sheet, and the CCD for shooting the cylindrical position of the black product needs to shoot the triangular marks on the product and include the presence or absence of this product.

2. Hot riveting station: single CCD shooting shoots 8 cylindrical positions on black products with an accuracy of ±0.03mm；

3. Point solder paste position: single CCD shoots the square mouth on the spring sheet, with an accuracy of ±0.03mm

The plastic parts are moved to the camera station of the plastic parts. After the camera takes pictures, the position coordinates are obtained after image processing. The shrapnel is taken by the manipulator and moved to the corresponding camera position to take pictures. The coordinates are obtained after processing. Based on the coordinates of the plastic parts, the shrapnel moves past the combination.The working method of the riveting and dispensing stations, the assembled objects, after being photographed and processed, the coordinates are sent to the upper computer, and the upper software guides the machinery to dispense glue and rivet.
