Demand description 


1. Detect whether the pole ear battery board is OK;

2. Locate the coordinates of the battery cell board and the coordinates of the battery reference position, and calculate the offset for bonding.           



 Program process 


1. There are two stations in total, and the process of the second station is divided into two processes;

2. The first station takes a picture of the front of the battery board to determine whether the battery board is OK;

3. The second station is that after the manipulator grasps the battery board to the second station, the first process locates the coordinates of the battery board, and the second process is the CCD positioning of the battery coordinates in the fixture. The two processes use the same camera to collect the battery board and battery coordinates through a prism, and finally calculate the offset between the battery board and the battery and send it to the manipulator for feeding.



Function: Identify whether the protection board is OK

The difference between the X0 direction coordinates of the square below the protection board in the figure above and the X1 direction pixel coordinates of the midpoint of the distance between the poles is 0.0634. If it exceeds 4 pixels, it will be NG, otherwise it will be OK.

1.Determine a certain site as a fixed reference coordinate (X1, Y1, R1)

2.CCD obtains the positioning coordinates (X0, Y0, R0) and calculates the offset value from the reference point.
