1. Locate the battery coordinates and the fixed skeleton of the battery, and put the battery accurately into the skeleton.;
Program process
There are mainly 4 process stations, communication process:
1. The first process, the bottom surface detection process, locates the Y direction in the coordinate diagram of the cell edge direction.;
2. The positioning of the left and right sides of the second and third process detects and locates that the X-direction coordinates of the left and right battery cell edges are consistent with the Y-direction of the first process.;
3. The fourth process skeleton detects and locates the coordinates of the bottom edge of the skeleton in the direction of the placement of the battery cell.Due to the design of the mechanism, only the direction coordinates of the battery cell are required to put the battery in the skeleton.;
