In recent years, the laser industry has developed rapidly and is widely used.At the same time, the requirements for it are getting higher and higher, and accuracy is the main one.The development of the industry is inseparable from machine vision, and so is it.The odinvision image development kit is very suitable for the needs of laser equipment.It not only provides various positioning and measurement functions, but also provides calibration functions necessary for the industry: tilt calibration, spherical deformation calibration.odinvision cooperates with a number of laser software, and the image detection data is seamlessly connected to the laser software.
Project process
1. Cutting and punching 1. Mechanical camera coordinates + distance between the laser head and the center of the camera's field of view + Distance between the mark point and the camera's field of view
2、The camera and the laser head are fixed to the robotic arm, and they move together to take pictures and cut. The product is a semi-open metal ring with radians. The positioning mark is a cross in the metal ring. The center of the cross is visually positioned and the center coordinates are sent to the manipulator via Ethernet. After receiving the coordinates, the manipulator moves to the coordinate position Y+ direction 2.67mm, Y-direction 2.37mm cutting and punching.
