 Project process 

1. Measure the size of the battery pole ear before welding the welding equipment, detect the width of the pole ear and measure the height of the pole ear, and then connect the PLC signal input；

2、Use the communication tool of Odinvision intelligent vision software Advanced Vision Builder(AVB) to feed the results back to the PLC.

3、After the welding equipment is welded, the solder joints are tested. The solder joints are laser solder joints, the number of solder joints is visually detected, and the solder joint area is 0.5 square millimeters.
