1. Input battery:

Camera field of view: FOV=21x15.75mm; camera working distance: WD=130mm

Detection accuracy: visual pixel accuracy = 0.008mm/pixel

The pixel composition of the camera: 2592*1944, frame rate: 14fps, Cmos camera pixels are 5 million

The visual repeat positioning accuracy can be 0.1-1 pixel, and the positioning time for taking pictures is about 0.2s.

2. PSA1 glue bonding inspection:

Camera field of view: FOV=21x15.75mm; camera working distance: WD=130mm

Detection accuracy: visual pixel accuracy = 0.008mm/pixel

The pixel composition of the camera: 2592*1944, frame rate: 14fps, Cmos camera pixels are 5 million

The visual repeat positioning accuracy can be 0.1-1 pixel, and the positioning time for taking pictures is about 0.2s.

3. PSA1 glue bonding:
