 Demand description 

According to customer requirements, it is necessary to check whether the brass color and silver color of the screw hole hardware on the product are mixed.：

Program process 

1. The customer uses the manipulator to move the camera and lens to the specified location, sends a signal to trigger the camera to take pictures, and the software performs the corresponding detection process after collecting the image.

2. Use the color extraction tool in the Advanced Vision Builder(AVB) software to extract colors from brass colors.

3. Then use the spot analysis tool to detect whether there are large areas of white spots after extraction, and perform a logical judgment to determine whether the material is mixed.

4. Then use the Advanced Vision Builder(AVB) software to convert the collected color pictures into grayscale images, and preprocess the images to make their edges more obvious.

5. Use the measuring circle tool to measure the circular outline of the hardware and obtain the coordinates of the center of the circle.

6. Use geometric measurement tools to measure the distance between the centers of the two circles, and compare with the preset threshold value to judge the good and bad products.
