The process of the screw inspection system is generally CNC machining, drilling, work teeth, cleaning, electroplating, drying, testing and testing of aluminum materials.

It is necessary to detect the deviation of the size of the threaded hole, the leakage of the hole, and the insufficient tapping depth of the threaded hole during the production process.：

1. Detect the size of the aperture

2. Detect whether the aperture is present or not

3. Detect the number of screw turns

 Program process 

1. Aperture: (1) Open the light source, (2) collect images, and (3) measure (“circular measurement” for aperture)

2. Number of laps: (1) Turn on the light source, (2) collect images, and (3) measure (use “detection spacing” for the number of laps)
