 Demand description 

According to customer requirements, it is necessary to use Advanced Vision Builder(AVB) software to detect：      

1. Test the tire brand；

       2. Test tire specifications；

3. Detect tire pattern。

 Program process    

1. Install the hardware equipment such as the detection bracket, camera, light source, lens, etc., the bracket is located on the tire station, and the camera position is adjustable.；

2. Through the transmission device, the tire enters the detection system and is detected during movement.；

3. Pass visual inspection of tire specifications, brands, and patterns；

4. Determine whether the tire is qualified through the detected “OK” and “NG” signals. The qualified product enters the next process, and the unqualified product will be cleared from the production line with a mechanical cylinder through the signal sent by the system.
