 Program process 


  1. Use the outer contour of the product to match the template, and realize the initial positioning of the product according to the angle and position coordinates obtained by the matching.After the initial positioning, use the detection circle tool to find the circle, and realize the positioning of the sealing nail according to the position of the center of the circle obtained.

2. After the initial positioning, use the circle finding tool to find the outer circle of the sealing nail and the inner circle of the groove. The distance between the two centers is used to determine whether the sealing nail is placed in the groove.

3. When the sealing nail is completely placed in the groove, first use the circle finding tool to extract the circle, and then create a straight line through the center of the circle. Secondly, create a vertical line of the straight line, and obtain four intersections. The sealing nail is pre-spot welded, and the nail is biased according to the concentricity of the inner and outer circles.
