Detect whether the shell is complete and the width of the seam after the shell is inserted.
Solution
After positioning, use the detection spacing tool to extract the top cover and the edge of the shell, and determine the seam width after entering and leaving the shell according to the measured width.
Program process
By using the height detection tool, the height of the top cover relative to the datum is accurately measured, and the height value is compared with the actual set value to determine whether the top cover is completely in the shell.
1. Positioning: Use the detection linear tool to locate the outside of the battery shell.
2. After positioning, use the detection spacing tool to extract the top cover and the edge of the shell, and determine the seam width after entering and leaving the shell according to the measured width.
