Answer: You need to set the trigger mode on. In the Encoder Control panel, please set parameters of trigger source, and encoder parameters, for example, you can set start trigger signal to be Line3 + or Line3 –, which corresponds respectively to encoder A+, A-, or Line1 -, Line1 +, which corresponds to the access encoder B- , B+. Also please make sure you select LineStart as the trigger option.
