OdinVision high-precision line scan vision system

The high-precision line scan vision system of OdinVision Advanced Vision Builder (AVB) enables a wider view of the machine and clearer objects. The high-precision line scan vision system integrates motion control and vision systems, uses software algorithms to achieve unified and coordinated processing of motion and vision, and can keep up with the high-speed line acquisition rate of 67,000 lines per second, which can achieve high performance at a lower cost.

Advantages of this system:

1. No fixed size, some line scan cameras can adjust the length of the captured image to infinite length. This makes it possible to create gap-free continuous images between frames in some cases.

2. High resolution, line scan images reach 80 megabytes or more of pixel data. Shorter exposure time: area scan cameras generally require longer exposure time than line scan cameras.

3. Able to unfold cylindrical objects for detection, add vision to application environments with limited space, and acquire high-resolution images at low cost.

4. Integrate motion control, image acquisition, image processing and result judgment output as one, which not only saves space, saves costs, but also has excellent performance.
